The Training School's role is to support whole school training and development, not just training new teachers.
At Heckmondwike we offer our support staff to work on the SWiS (Support Workers in Schools) qualification. SWiS qualifications are designed to provide you with training relevant to your role in school. The qualifications are flexible: take them when you are ready, where you are.
