in Food Safety in Catering
(CIEH - Chartered Institute of Environmental Health)
Open to local businesses and residents
The course will run over 4 evening sessions:
6pm-8pm Monday 1st June 2009 - course content
6pm-8pm Monday 8th June 2009 - course content
6pm-8pm Monday 15th June 2009 - course content
6pm-8pm Monday 22nd June 2009 - revision and exam
(attendance at all four sessions is essential for the accreditation)
